Summer Authentic Movement in Montreal

Authentic Movement weekly classes with Catherine Lessard July 19 to August 16, 2016 Series of 5 evenings Tuesday, 6:30 to 9:30 PM At the UQAM dance department, 840 Cherrier, studio k-3220, Sherbrooke metro station. This approach of Authentic Movement is based on the work and vision from Zoe Avstreih, offering a liberating form, allowing access to the memories inserted in the body tissues, giving permission to be oneself beyond social conventions and conditionings, enabling us to take better responsibility for our experiences and feelings, inducing empathetic presence to oneself and others. Participants without AM training are welcome in this series. Possibility to progressively join a long term deepening group for those participating in the 5 classes. This series is also an excellent preparation to the "intermediate level" workshop at the end of the Summer, August 26-28. All info about this workshop here.
